How does the free trial work?
Every child profile starts with a 14-day free trial: up to 5 practice sets and 2 timed papers, with hints, worked solutions and the full family dashboard. No card details are needed to begin.
What do monthly plans include?
Up to 6 practice sets and 2 timed papers each month, plus unlimited custom drills, hints and the full dashboard. Annual plans remove the caps entirely.
What is different about Prep?
Prep is built for the high-stakes exams: everything in Practice, plus the specialist selective and scholarship catalogues as they roll out, authored at the harder difficulty ceilings those tests demand. Content follows your child's year level and program automatically.
Can I buy just the exams?
Yes. The Exam Pack gives five selective or scholarship timed papers to sit within six months, each with the full diagnostic report. It does not include practice sets. Add the NAPLAN Add-on for three more NAPLAN-style papers, and stack another pack whenever you need more.
Which year levels does each plan cover?
Practice covers Years 3 to 9 with general school topics, NAPLAN-style tests and ICAS-style questions where applicable. Prep and the Exam Pack cover Years 6 to 9, where the selective entry and scholarship exams live, and Prep includes NAPLAN where applicable.
Can I move from Practice to Prep?
Yes, at any time from Year 6. Buy Prep from the Billing page and it takes effect immediately: any days remaining on the current plan are never lost, because new time always stacks on top. Your child's progress, strengths and streaks carry over untouched.
Are plans per child or per family?
Plans attach to a child, so each child's practice, papers and progress are their own. You can run different plans for different children under one family account.
What happens when a plan ends?
Practice pauses but nothing is lost: results, strengths and streak history stay on the account and pick up as soon as the plan is renewed. Renewing early adds time on top, so you never lose days.
